I am a business consultant and deliver several services that I try to package as much as possible: executive manager coaching, sales rep coaching, sales trainings, workshops etc. When dealing with new potential clients, I'd like to be able to quickly instil confidence and credibility by sharing a high level factsheet about who I am, and what the specific service that we'd be discussing could entail.
These factsheets will evolve over time, so I like one template that I can change the content in, for all my services. I have started to develop a template myself (in apple keynote) but it needs to look much more professional and easy and enticing to read.

I will only publish the templates as PDFs and email that to prospects. No need to print or HTML.

It will be using the same imagery and branding as my website and like to leverage "the creative theme with the squares" used on my website (the 9 squares represent my initials)

My audience is experienced sales professionals from technology companies like Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, and so.

I need to be able to use the template myself without using technical skills or paid-for software. Apple Keynote seems easiest.
