Hi, this is my design for your Villa. I will start with the front view of it and if u like it I will send the following renders after your approval of the concept. I saw from the example u attached that u looking for something simple and modern so I used the NEO CLASSIC style for the exterior designing and enlarged the windows adding more value to the property I may add some major changes to the layout but for privacy and adding free space for more usage of the property pleas if u have any comment contact with me asap because it is just tow days until the contest closed
