Design 9 banners that must look similar to google Adsense banners

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you have read my full description before you ask unnecessary question.

We are looking for a very talented and professional designer to create 9 different banners for our website: http://stage.netcars.co.za/carinsurance

The banners must be different in design but each banner should blend into our corporate identity of our website. A very important aspect is that the banners should look like Adsense banners with a E-commerce look and feel. The reason for this is that the banners will link to certain parts of our website that describes the product/service that we are offering. The banners should all have image design with a corporate look and feel. It`s important to make sure that the banners look different, almost as if different companies are advertising them on our website.

I have attached a Word.doc file with the content of each banner, the text in black on the banners are the content that must be advertised and the text in red are to explain to you what the advert is about, text in red must NOT be in the advertisement.

The banner sizes are as follow:
Large banners:
200x500 (see https://placeholdit.imgix.net/~text?txtsize=25&bg=3B93F1&txtclr=FFFFFFFF&txt=banner%20(200x500)&w=200&h=500)

Small banners:
200x150 (https://placeholdit.imgix.net/~text?txtsize=25&bg=3B93F1&txtclr=FFFFFFFF&txt=banner%20(200x150)&w=200&h=150)

It must be six of 200x500 banners and 3 of the 200x150 banners which we are prepared to pay $120 in total for.

It can be normal static banners but must work on both desktop and responsive. High quality, high resolution and load very quickly.

The site they will be used on is built on a Laravel framework.

Please also see the attachment on where in our website we will be using the banners. Please do not design similar banners as there are currently on the website, they were just put there as place holders, we are looking for much better designs than the once currently on the website.

    Hi have just attached samples of professional banner ads in a Word.doc file, please have a look at it, look at the consistency in the design, colour theme matches and call to actions. Once again, the banners that I am looking for must look like Adsense banners, look as if they are advertised by different companies, so I am not looking for the same design on all the banners. You need to read my full project brief.
