We are seeking a mockup design of a website for a Photo Competition..
the competition would revolve around the country of Qatar and would need the look and feel to reflect Qatar.
The photo Submissions would be the following.
People at play
Local Culture
Sports
children in sports
LIfe in Qatar
buildings and architecture
History and the Future

We are after a modern look and feel and don't want vector images of Arabic people..
as a guide to the look and feel that we are after refer to http://www.viewbug.com/photo-contests

I have also attached some images as reference and a guide to image look and feel

the winning design will more than likely then be award the creation of the website
