we need a 2 sided flyer for our Mobile app marketing purposes.

- design should be clean, readable with nice graphics and not too strong colours
- match to our current branding
- design should have a captive headline,
mobile app screenshot, android logo, and app features
and call to action instructions on how to download and register

flyer content is based on nybo.in homepage and apartments homepage
