Business card wth a logo.
My logo I want to be a Lion with the photo camera (Canon) hanging on his chest.
Name of my company "Lew'sCanon". Something like a tittle, or motto on that card that the website will also have. The motto I see should be " LIVE full of ART". I am not sure if that is a catchy motto? I am open to suggestions if my idea doesn't sound to good in English.
Web site address, email address and a phone number. Still open to suggestions.

i think you should have separate contest for the LOGO and BUSINESS CARD.. There maybe one that will have a much better work if these two will be separated.. It is just a suggestion sir.. But its okay if you don't like.

You should kick the idea around of a camera on cannon wheels. The fact that your name actually sounds like "loose cannon" makes it even better.
