I need to design a box with my logo. The attached image is an example. Keep the text on bottom right. remove the vector image, possibly replace if u can.

my logo is attached also.

To clarify:
1) Change the colour of the box to #1287AB
2) remove the vector image. keep the text
3) add my logo to the box.
