T-Shirt Design Contest for Construction Company

We are looking for a creative and professional design for a t-shirt (front and back) for our construction company. We already have a logo and a basic model to illustrate our vision, but we need something that not only looks good but is also easy to read and stands out.

Important Note: The provided model is for reference purposes only to help you understand our preferences. We are open to creative interpretations while maintaining a serious and professional aesthetic. Please note that the colors used in the model are not the ones we prefer.

Guidelines:

- Design for both front and back of the t-shirt.
- Emphasize readability and clarity of the design.
- Incorporate our company logo (provided).
- Use colors available from our supplier's options.
- Consider the nature of our business (construction) when creating the design.

Submission Requirements:

- High-resolution files compatible with printing.
- Both front and back designs included.
- Provide color options for the t-shirt (based on supplier's available colors).

- Do not include a different logo! The logo depicted must be the one provided by us. While you may incorporate additional graphic elements as seen in the model, our logo must be featured prominently.
- Entries that do not adhere to this requirement will be disqualified.
- We will award between 1 and 3 stars to all submissions meeting the criteria, depending on our preference. Entries rated 4 stars will be reconsidered as potential winners towards the end of the contest or if they are deemed exceptional. We will award 5 stars only to those entries from which I select the winner at the end of the contest.

“Unfortunately, the experience of collaborating with him was far from satisfactory. While some aspects of the design were commendable and inspiring, others deviated significantly from our vision. I found myself having to meticulously guide him through each element, providing almost finished graphics to ensure they were replicated correctly. Obtaining the agreed-upon vector files became yet another arduous ordeal. Despite numerous attempts, the files he provided were unusable due to background integrations and unnecessary cutouts for a kind of copyright protection. Despite our efforts, the final files did not fully adhere to our agreed graphics. Regrettably, I must express my reluctance to work with him again. As someone with advanced graphic skills, I managed to navigate through these challenges. However, I'm concerned about less experienced clients who may encounter similar difficulties with such a designer.”
