コンテスト概要

Biluminous is a social enterprise that provides an Artisan-Centric e-Commerce Platform for Traditional Artisans based in the Asia-Pacific Region enabling them to reach international markets to promote and sell their handicrafts.

Biluminous was the winner of the 2018 APEC (Google) App Challenge and the recipient of the 2018 APEC Digital Prosperity Award for its groundbreaking work in bringing greater economic prosperity and equality to the region through the implementation of Digital Technology & Internet-Based Tools.

We are undergoing a complete rebranding of the enterprise and would like to hire a professional designer to work on our corporate identity before we launch for the year 2020. Major deliverables of the project include the design of a dedicated logo that clearly represents our brand and the kind of work we do, especially in supporting the creative industries; provisioning of official brand color schemes - one primary and two to three secondary colors; and business card (front-back) design.

We want a simple and clean brand, nothing complex or tricky, but one that clearly represents and portrays art, creativity, boundlessness, and skill.

Total time-frame for this project will be 2 weeks. Attached are mock-ups of the e-commerce platform interface and additional marketing materials we've produced and used so far. Our primary color scheme is provided in the attached mockups and text logo so use that to guide your designs.

- String bags called Bilums
- Carvings
- Baskets
- Traditional wear such as necklaces, bracelets, anklets, headwear, etc.

Dear Contest Holder, you know logo design is just an idea/thought. I suggest you to sealed the contest so that no one copy other designer's work. And please do not be fooled by those who submit their design in mockups (especially with 3D MockUP, because everything looks better with it which is kind of giving away).. Please always judge the design with neutral colored (black/white) background. Thank you.. Cheers!

  Hi Jahirul - Thanks for pointing this out! I did see a couple of freelancers copying some original submissions, and I've taken note on which ones are original and ones that are copies of existing ones. I've upgraded the contest and have now sealed it so we should no longer have a problem with this. To this hour, I am yet to see a original and inspiring logo that truly represents Biluminous and what we stand for.
