     On the attached picture, North would be on the right side.
     The land has a wall fence all around 40 m by 40 m.
     There are to neighbors one on north and one on East side. The building should not exceed 300 square meter.
     You can build on the wall fence but you cant have windows on the fence facing the neighbors .
     It should be one floor level
     The drawing i have attached have the details of how many rooms and bathrooms and living room is needed
