Skills:You should get it done in .Net framework with help of Ajax(why:page update without refreshing) and database will be handed by SQL Server(Why:more secure and robust than MySQL). It will take around 25 days for complete and accurate work including Testing. And it will cost you 650$ .I believe in perfection and i do not believe in compromise because compromise hurts the project at any stage.Thanks for your time.
