Project Overview:
We are seeking architectural design proposals for a luxurious apartment complex located on a 900m2 plot of land (45m x 20m), positioned in the second row from the beach on an island in Cape Verde. The project aims to create a three-story building with a rooftop that can be utilized as either penthouse units or a communal area for residents. The building should consist of modern apartments, with a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, each featuring spacious terraces with private pools, ample parking facilities, elevators, and stairs serving all apartments. Additionally, the complex should include wellness facilities such as a gym, sauna, hammam, and ice bath to promote residents' health and well-being. The design should prioritize maximizing natural light, providing stunning ocean views, and fostering a sense of tranquility and relaxation through lush greenery and floral elements.

Key Requirements:

Location: The site is situated in close proximity to the beach, offering residents easy access to the shoreline and panoramic views of the ocean.

Building Configuration: The complex will be a three-story building with a rooftop that can be utilized as either penthouse units or a communal area for residents.

Unit Configuration: The building will consist of 20 apartments, with 14 units designed as 1-bedroom apartments and 6 units as 2-bedroom apartments. The apartments should offer comfortable living spaces with large windows, expansive terraces, and private pools.

Terrace Design: Emphasis should be placed on creating generous terrace spaces for each apartment, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The terraces should feature lush greenery, flower beds, and adequate space for outdoor furniture, dining, and relaxation.

Private Pool: Each terrace should include a private pool, allowing residents to enjoy leisurely swims while admiring the surrounding landscape and ocean vistas.

Parking Facilities: Two parking spaces should be allocated for each apartment, ensuring convenient and secure parking for residents and their guests.

Elevators and Stairs: Elevators and stairs must serve all apartments to ensure accessibility and convenience for residents.

Wellness Facilities:

Gym: A well-equipped gym facility should be provided for residents to exercise and stay fit.
Sauna: A sauna room should be incorporated to offer relaxation and promote circulation.
Hammam: A hammam or Turkish bath facility should be included for therapeutic and cleansing purposes.
Ice Bath: An ice bath area should be provided for residents to cool down and rejuvenate after sauna sessions.
Natural Light and Ventilation: The design should prioritize maximizing natural light and ventilation throughout the apartments and wellness facilities, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to the outdoors.

Aesthetic Appeal: The architectural style should be contemporary and sophisticated, with clean lines, minimalist aesthetics, and a harmonious integration with the surrounding landscape.

Community Spaces: In addition to private living spaces, communal areas such as landscaped gardens, walkways, and gathering spaces may be included to promote a sense of community among residents.

Deliverables:

AI Architectural drawings and renderings showcasing the proposed design concept, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
