Hi backend/data structures developer here. Optimal use of my skills would be game engine and search engine. I've done a GPS app with offline map and movement lines drawn on map, see other people's movement line files, works on iPhone and android. That's just to give you an idea. I normally would want understand your business requirements because technical is just a means to an ends.
