Ricardo is a excellent worker and a genuine and pleasant man to work with. He obviously really enjoys the work and a challenging project and consistently puts 110 % into it. I received updates on most days throughout the development process and he was always quick to respond to all enquiries or testing issues. He is very adaptable and rapidly picks up new concepts, often improving them with his own suggestion . He has a quick mind and plenty of initiative and motivation which resulted in some very innovative solutions for numerous challenging aspects of this project. His likeable and enthusiastic manner made this job a very enjoyable one. It is good to work with someone with his sincerity of character and I am sure he will do well with all his projects.
