The members of the SCOE are the university graduate engineers of architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electricals, transport and other technical engineers, as well as the university graduate space planners, who hold the licence issued by the Chamber.
To qualify for a licence, a person must have a university or post-secondary higher degree obtained at the appropriate department, passed professional examination and minimum 3 years of work experience for the designers and contracting engineers, or 5 years for the planners, urban planning engineers and those with the post-secondary degree.

During 2012 and 2013 detailed hydrogeological exploration programme was conducted on the territory of groundwater source Jasik (municipality of Batočina) in order to define groundwater reserves and analyze conditions of groundwater protection. Monitoring system was set up and significant quantity of detailed data was gathered during the period. For the purpose of analysis, hydrodynamic model was developed and used further to simulate groundwater filtration, as well as to define zones of sanitary protection.
