Our duties and responsibilities as a general teller are: Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds, acceptance of check and cash deposit, balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, reviewing the transactions for the day, making a report and submitting it to internal and external users, marketing of our products and services and meeting our quota.

Our company is paperless so basically our work should be done through our computer monitors and we are not handling actual files but only scanned documents. Our job includes classifying and analyzing the scanned files sent by the client. Documents should be classified according to its nature whether it is a medical and dental expense, an investment, a business income statement, etc.
