With over 4 years of research experience ranging from translational to statistical to clinical along with 4 years in medical school, I have a full grasp on literature review, research and the healthcare industry.
I was managing two projects where I was investigating specifics of fusion machinery of Human Parainfluenza Virus Type 3, Respiratory Syncytial Virus and Measles Virus, along with different peptide fusion inhibitors to further understand their characteristics and properties. During my time here, I screened and tested several different antiviral peptides, successfully identifying potential candidates as potential antiviral compounds for HPIV3, RSV and MV.

Managed project which focused on determining the success of implementation of pediatric mental health screening and the referral process. Drafted IRB proposal submission in addition to utilizing EPIC in data collection for pool of over 1000 patients.
A second project I was managing involved creating and implementing surveys in order to create a database of available resources for referral, following positive mental health screening.

Research project was focused on describing obesity-promoting behaviors and assessing parent readiness to change these behaviors for their children receiving primary routine care in an urban setting. I was involved in creating the survey and interviewing the parents of the target population of children aged between 2-12 years.
