This was the first time that I have used Freelancer and it has most certainly been an eye opener. This developer took my specification for a small ASP.NET MVC C# web application project and returned something that was completely broken. It was crashing with the most minimal of testing. During a subsequent Skype conversation with them, they openly admitted that they had not tested the project before giving it back to me, which was an absolute joke. It seemed that, in order to get a half decent application, I would have to test it myself. I spent HOURS testing the project and it resulted in a comprehensive spreadsheet with LOTS of bug fixes required. On three separate occasions, the developer said that they would go away and fix all of these jobs. Whilst they did fix some of the issues, others had not been addressed, leaving me with no confidence whatsoever. After countless hours and expense for myself, I eventually came to the conclusion that there was no point in using this developer anymore to try and get a finished product. It is going to be more effective to cut him loose and try to fix this up for myself. I would 100% recommend not to use this developer given my poor experience.

Provided 20 days to complete the project but it is almost 60 days now & project is like never ending. We lost more than $300 & 2 months time. We have to end this project, I WOULDN'T recommend at all
