Creative Mechanical Engineer / Designer Needed

Terrible freelancer who cannot be trusted. Made promises for over 3 months and did not deliver anything. This is a warning; do not hire him. He will keep making promises and sending schedules over and over, but after that you don't hear from him for weeks or in our case months. Poor communication skills and very unprofessional party who should not be active on a platform as Freelancer.com.
