Nice translator to work with

I paid US 80 for about 3700 words English to French translation. He send me the file and push me release the money again and again. I released the money for his good review before in Freelancer. However when we check the file, I found the translation is not accurate and he did not translate some part, only copy other translations. I contact with him, he said this translation was done by the trainee. He will check it for me on Monday but he did not do anything. As the money has been released to him. This is the first bad experiences in Freelancer. I will never hire him again and now I have to open another English to French project to do the work again. I do not know how the good reviews about him come from where.!!!
