I spent five years working as Customer Support Agent and Customer Service Representative, in a high-volume call center- answering customer calls and identifying solutions. My duties were -providing technical assistance to the customers, answering the phone, responding to emails and live chat. I am able to calmly handle all customers, even the most negative ones. I developed extensive skills working with customers even when they were distressed. I'm excellent at deescalating situations and finding a way to make the customer happy. On top of my skills are also positive attitude, clear comunication, sense of humor, good organisation and empathy. I belive that being able to recognize and understand a person’s emotional state is very important in this bussines.
