Position Summary:
To develop and implement remuneration and benefit plans, processes and policies aligned to Sasol’s Rewards Strategy for all employee groupings within the Sasol SA group i.e. board remuneration, executive remuneration, group management, bargaining and non-bargaining councils and temporary employees. Responsible for the design and implementation of the Sasol Group Long-Term, MediumTerm and Short Term incentive schemes globally.
