I started my career in the BPO industry as an email support representative for eBay back in 2007. After which, I applied at JPMorgan Chase and became a Risk Management Analyst.
After being an analyst for Chase, I wanted to be well-trained in the field of sales so I applied as a Sales Rep for the #1 IT Distributor in the US, Ingram Micro. My stint as a sales representative lasted for 3 years. The remote/home-based customer support opportunities started gaining traction from where I am from in 2013 and decided to go for it as my daughter was still a baby then and wanted to spend a lot of time with her. I've been doing email and chat support for various small-medium businesses since then.
