Sioux Embedded Systems

At Sioux Embedded Systems I was in charge of the re-design of the Phenom World Electron Microscopes electronics. In the end a total of three large designs where upgraded to a higher standard. In which I provided mainly my hardware skills. But had to work together with another C++ programmer to upgrade the firmware to a higher standard.

Tulpion

With Tulpion I have had many projects involving mainly software development. I have had projects involving Embedded software, UI development and web development. For example, I have made a UI for a power bank which supplies 110-230 VAC. This UI shows the customer live temperatures, power consumption, battery discharge level, battery charge time till full charge. This UI is cross-platform for Linux, Windows and Android phone and can be connected via either RS232 or Bluetooth.

Applied Micro Electronics (AME)

At AME I developed a product for diabetics. This product measures the temperature of their feet on 120 places. The difference between both feet on designated places would indicate whether or not a sore is forming. A difference of only 2,2 degrees celcius and up would indicate a sore. The temperature should be at accurate to at least 0,1 degrees celcius. I was in charge of both hardware and software, including a mapping algorithm to allow for the feet to be placed non-parallel.
