  “Don’t hire this freelancer. Our project is an Event mobile app. To make it easier, we provided the main pages’ design & icons. The freelancer asked for clarifications via many calls that lasted for hours, which seemed good but turned out to be a delay tactic. He kept harassing us to close each milestone saying issues would be resolved in the next milestone & kept asking for a good review though they hadn’t finished the project. Believing the good reviews on their profile was a mistake. The freelancer created milestones where most of the money was due in the early milestones with only a very small amount for the final milestone. He made over $5,700 for an incomplete project & [login to view URL] did nothing to help although we shared copies of the chats showing his promises about fixing issues. Project was due in 65 days. After over 252 days, many follow-ups and frustration we raised a dispute with freelancer.com. This was a total waste of time as they have the worst customer service level ever! Been trying for a rational resolution from [login to view URL] (Matthew Poon & David Lee) but they don’t read any of the transcripts & reply in copy/paste answers or worse no response. We were shown screenshots of pages but with wrong coding so the links didn’t work correctly. The app had to be compatible with Android and iOS on mobile devices & tablets but we ended up with an incomplete app with issues on Android, no app on the Apple Store and no compatibility with tablets. info@[login to view URL]”
