Simulation of operation of 120 MHz SAW device with the structure selected from Taguchi Method

Abstract This article presents the design optimization and simulates SAW devices with resonant frequency 120MHz. SAW devices actives on piezoelectric substrate, so electrical signal depend on structure parameters of devices. Identification of optimal structure is very important.
