Convert a Template to a Website

We currently have a Yahoo store that is built off a template from Yahoo We are looking to have some design changes to the site including some color changes, a slide show added, and we want to expand the site to full screen instead of the dimensions the yahoo store template allows. We are currently opening a new store and don't have time to make adjustments in house. Serious and capable inquiries only. I am able to get slideshow code from photobucket, just need it inserted.
