I T services proposal for a new hotel

We provide IT services to hotel. There is a new hotel that is under development, needs our services. Description is below:

Major Duties & Responsibilities: Pre Opening

- Project managing with the Consultants, Installation of all Hotel IT components, including (but not limited to)

o Delivery of the Server Room

o Equipment Racks

o Servers, PCs and Printers (Front and Back Office)

o Kiosks and Mission Control Hardware

o Wi-Fi

o IPTV

o Installation of software including PMS, MSO365, BI Tools etc

o Installation and sign off of interface systems

o POS and Payment systems

- Liaising with Hotel personnel and vendors/suppliers.

Major Duties & Responsibilities: Post Opening

- Support all Crew Members on any IT related issues (Hardware and Software).

- Network Devices upgrades and backups (PCs, Printers, Faxes).

- Maintenance and documentation of crew member profiles.

- Management of Mobile devices and Smart Phones.

- Maintenance and documentation of crew member mailboxes.

- Maintenance and documentation of POS Level 1 and Level 2 support (restaurant system).

- Maintenance and documentation of PMS Level 1 and Level 2 support (Hotel system).

- Support Telecommunication systems such as PABX, smart phones and radios.

- Support the CCTV System.

- Support for F&B systems and staff (users, computers, printers, etc.).

- Technology support and guests’ assistance.

- Cabins and any meeting area technical support and assistance.

- Sound system and Video Digital Signage support and assistance.

- Business Center Support.

- Follow up with vendors on technical support

- Onsite support for Kiosk and assistance.

- Ability to provide remote support in the event of emergencies.

- Assist on any major IT related Projects.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Controller and General Manager.
