WooCommerce Newsletter and cPanel mail is going to spam / blocked

Hello.
I am working with a company that has a web shop online with WordPress / WooCommerce.
Also it has Newsletter system By Stefano Lissa & The Newsletter Team (found from the WordPress plugins area)
The site is hosted at a VPS with full root access and WHM / cPanel.
I need help on getting all the mail configuration to work well so that the mail does not get blocked or stored in spam folder.
The server has +14 000 email addresses in mailing list (all legally gathered, entered by the client them selves)
All worked fine first, but then suddenly the mail gets blocked. Worked fine also before changing the server to another server provider.
I need you to guide me on doing that job, so i will be doing the job, you just show me how to do it.
I have knowledge of cPanel / whm and wordpress / woocommerce, also php, bash, linux I know.
I'm just not able to get the mail working well.
