I need a Wordpress developer: MailChimp Sign-Up Forms for 2 Sites

I am looking for a good and reasonably priced Wordpress developer to help me with a very simple project. I want to switch from Aweber to MailChimp. As such, I need a Wordpress developer to help me replace the sign-up forms on two Wordpress sites I run (the forms on the right side of each page that collect names and emails) - making sure to match the design of each site. (There is NOT any heavy design work here, though ... mainly matching colors, which I can provide, and fonts for minimal text that's there.) I would generate the MailChimp code (hopefully!) and send it to you for you to replace or create the forms... Kindly note, my budget is between $45 - $85 for this entire project (not up to $250, as indicated below).
