minor revision of portuguese research forms

I am a doctoral student at BU. I need some already translated forms (in Portuguese) to have minor edits or changes made to them. It is not a "from scratch" translation job. I am doing research with middle school students who are native speakers of POrtuguese (and other languages) and who are learning English as an additional language. These forms will help potential research subjects and their parents learn about my research study. The reason that there are two portuguese "cover letter" files is that one is a doc so that you can write and edit into it. The other is a PDF and has notes in red about what needs to be changed but it is not editable, unfortunately. I will also attach forms that are the English versions. THe translations do not need to be exact "word for word" but they do need to convey the same key information about what the study entails. They need to be understandable by families (mostly with BRazilian backgrounds ) of native Portuguese speakers. Instead of listing the specific administrator's name (e.g. Superintendent so and so) just say "The superintendent of schools permits this study. I am now doing this as I am working with multiple schools and it is too confusing to have five cover letters for each language. I am in a time crunch as schools are wanting me to come in with research forms to recruit students. I am looking for a quote of home much this work would cost.
