Make form work on Optimize Press and Wordpress PAGE Only

I have a page that is using optimize press 2 in wordpress. This page is suppose to find the text and replace it under the images below. The page is located here. [login to view URL] At the top of the page where it says (CUSTIOMIZE THE TOOLS ON THIS PAGE) When you enter the information (ENTER YOUR AFFILIATE URL) Then you click the (RED CUSTOMIZE BUTTON) Below under all the images only it should replace the word (YOUR-AFFILLIATE-LINK) with what ever word you put in the from. It should do this under all images. Nothing else has to happen. PLEASE WATCH ATTACHED VIDEO THAT SHOWS EXACTLY ME EXPLAINING THIS. IF YOUR BID DOES NOT SAY YOU HAVE WATCH VIDEO. I WILL REMOVE YOUR BID.

I just watched your video. I think we can use just a JavaScript function for doing that with Ajax. Or by using form if needed to store the new customized link. Relevant Skills and Experience I know PHP, MySQL JavaScript HTML and CSS well
