(Please read the description carefully and apply ONLY IF you meet all requirements.) We are hiring a virtual assistant for our company. This is a GUARANTEED long-term position! BASIC INFORMATION Job type: Part-time first and full time after great performance (if you are qualified, it's GUARANTEED to be long term) Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week at first; 40 hours per week after great performance Length: Ongoing RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle work emails and customer service emails • Coordinate work between clients and team members • Manage project progress • Assist with administrative and personal tasks • Publish blog posts and newsletters for clients REQUIREMENTS - Fluent English - Excellent English writing - Excellent customer service skills (email) - Excellent organization skills - WordPress and graphic design skills are a plus

Hello, I graduated from Boston University USA. I have lot of experience working as virtual assistant doing customer service, email handling, organizing, admin support, etc.. My It skills are quite decent. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. As for my connectivity, have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Thus, I can remain connected with you, for full 8 hours of the day, without interruptions.
