Developer needed for creating a map plugin for WordPress site

Looking for a freelancer to create a map plugin for our website. www.dentalconnect123.com. It is a Wordpress based site that is hosted by SiteGround. When you go to the site you can choose to "Find Your Doctor" and it redirects you to a new page with a zip code/city map locator plugin. Unfortunately, this plugin is not serving our desired needs. We sell trade areas to Doctors where they can buy a bundle of zip codes/ cities to advertise to. So when a patient types in their zip code/ city that that doctor has purchased only that specific Doctors office will show up. This commonly will be 25 zip codes and 6 cities that all need to be redirected one Doctors office. An explain of what we are looking for is: [login to view URL] (The only difference is we only want 1 Doctors office to show up even if their are multiple in the same area general area ((25 mile radius or so)) only the Doctor who purchased the specific zip codes/ cities should pull up. This is why we can not use a mile radius style map. What we are looking for: - A plugin where only 1 Doctor's office location will pull up at a time on the map and is searchable through multiple zip codes / cities. - Where a card shows next to or under the map an image of the Doctor, Doctors name, practice name, location, phone number and website.
