Custom Wordpress Theme Styling

Within the last few months we’ve rolled out a custom Wordpress website ([login to view URL]). Since rolling it out, we're wanting to make a refinement to the top of the ‘How It Works’ page and build out an attractive looking blog. Here are the project details for each: - How it works page: We want to change the hero (first section) to stretch a single image to fit the screen. I believe this will mirror the same format we have at the top of the home page ([login to view URL]), so it may be as simple as copying and pasting. Here's what we want it to look like (see screenshot -- we have Sketch files too): - Blog: We want a simple, attractive Wordpress blog. We want it on the same domain ([login to view URL]). I'd like to do something like the Johannes theme blog (URL below) with a few modifications: [login to view URL] Modifications: - Use our menu and footer - Use a 'hero' like this that has featured articles in a slider at the top at the top like this ([login to view URL]), and don't use the 'featured articles' part of the Johannes demo - Use our fonts / colors - The rest of the page would be like the Johannes theme - For the individual blog post pages, it should be like the Johannes theme We're looking for someone who is experienced with Wordpress custom theme development and can deliver a quality finished product.
