I would design the "template" and look of the website and then pass it over to you. It is to link businesses that want to dispose of their mulch from cutting down trees to recipient who need the mulch. The businesses would pay a subscription fee via WooCommerce. The recipient would not pay anything. The business would create an account and can view all people wanting the mulch. Must be displayed in order of date the recipient requested it. Can use filters to sort my distance. The recipient would create an account, choose the date they would like it and add their preferred contact method(s). Hi, I am confident I can deliver on the requirements of this project. My solution would be to create a plugin which includes the functionality for customers to request mulch and for businesses to view requests with filtering as you've specified. The plugin would link WooCommerce subscriptions to the business accounts to ensure that only paying businesses have access to the mulch requests. I am a PHP/JS developer.
