we are looking for a file make system to be set up.
we are a trading company selling about 25 products. we need a system on filemake to work as follows with following features:
3 sections:
* sales lead management
* invoicing and shipping
* system serial number registration and RMA
we want to
be able to record any business lead or prospect recieved.
we able to log their complete details
offer quotes using file make we can show template of what we want the invoice to look like. quotes and invoices must be providing as pdf
we need a register of the serial numbers of every item we send. each sale/customer profile must show when they purchased what, which serial number, deliery date, delivery tracking number.

? Client management with easy update options.

? Maybe if no activity for approx 3 or 6 months will automatically flag up or something
? Merchandise reports,
? Rma's will also be filled out with ease, clients info will automatically pop in if recognized.
? Serial numbers will bring in all data, ie. Sold to, date, acc, inv numbers. Etc
