WP Website final touch (Marketplace)

Hello, We are looking for a few things to be edited in the current wordpress theme we are using. We wish to add the following: - A simple chat between the vendor / customer for each order. Similar to many marketplace I am not sure if I would be allowed to list names here, but a way for the vendor to chat with the customer but for each order individually with the vendor being able to switch the order between: Pending, Completed ,Cancel & Refund etc. It is important for each user to be able to easily reply using a phone or tablet. - Help us make sure one important plugin is uploaded correctly with specific details such as our transaction fee, taxes, who can be approved to become a seller etc. This plugin will include the multi vendor option. - A file (more specifically music file upload) option for the vendor to listen to. It is important for him to be able to easily listen to this file without the need to 'download' the file. So maybe connected to a player would be a great solution but the file must remain private. - We will need help with additional touches throughout next week. - Turning the 'download' wording all around the site to something different. The buyer is actually not visiting the site to download a file but actually to receive the feedback from a pro user (the vendor). The theme we are using: [login to view URL]
