Required HTML5 Program.

I need simply program that i can use over windows as well as OSX.I required program in html5. I’m only planning on using it for myself on my own Dell computer using Windows 10, and later on using it with an iMac using their latest OSX.

I imagine this program would be very much like a music playlist (perhaps iTunes) where I could add hundreds of notes (like songs) to the list, and then reorganize them in any specific order I want. Dragging and dropping would be best from my experience, with a frayed out item being moved for ease of reading the other notes/events.

In addition, I need it to have a few extra features:

- Tying/Binding of notes. This would allow me to keep two or more events that I know happen immediately after or before another, to remain connected, and if I want to drag and drop one even/note then all those bound would move together.

- Blocking a note from going beyond or before another. In a case when I know for certain that an even happens before or after another, I could activate this block which would keep the first event/note from being dragged and dropped past the second. This would need some kind of option within the feature to choose if the event being edited should be blocked from being moved after another (meaning it definitely happens before the second), and vice versa.

- Also if there could be some kind of reminder or added note between the notes/events that are tied/bound as to why they are connected, and those blocked from passing another either before or after in the timeline as to why that was decided so as well. Maybe if the “block” could just be a colored border either above or below the note/event with a number that would refer to a side panel with the explanation, like a reference sheet.

I hope this helps, the idea for these features came to me in a dream while working on a complicated project and I’m not sure if I can explain it any other way.
