I need a Web Designer and a Website Developper

I would like to create a website for small business issues in English and German and promote it. I have already started to create a website with [login to view URL] service, but I understood, that I am not able to create everything that I need and wish as I have no experience in it. For the moment I have a draft with 3 pages that I have created. The main idea of a website is to pick up orders from customers all over the world, offer a possibility to make multiple choises, leave quotes&captions, set up an account for each customer where he/she uploads their photos, gets the access to previews of their photo albums, makes order/pay online. It should have a calender to set up an skype appointment, and a block where customers can leave their comments/questions/reviews. I need to be taught how I can manage these orders without confusing them. I also need help with creating and connecting this web page to social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc. to increase more orders all over the world. Please, let me know, how much it would cost to design and create such a web page with all the tools that I mentioned and probably there are more that you can suggest? Many thanks.
