We require a mobile responsive developer to mobile optimize the following web page: [login to view URL] This page will be used to drive webinar event registrations next Thursday, 2/21/2019. Turn around completion time must happen quickly. The page has a good bit of in line CSS that requires mobile responsive optimization. We are not looking to redesign the page, nor add any menus, etc. What we want to do is to leave the page design as is, while optimizing copy/fonts so that the on page copy scales and then renders the same way it renders on a desktop device. In other words, on mobile devices, the page's headlines and sub-head fonts display too large and out of proportion. The objective is to mobile optimize the page's inline html and CSS so that all of the page copy remains desktop proportional.

Navigation is not displayed correctly on top header on mobile, than a video box is out of way, and text is larger not in viewport.
