uBit Farm looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to join the team. We offer a monthly salary via freelancer and Stock Ownership Program.

You will turn interfaces into rich user experiences, working with the team as model user behaviour, create wireframes, design interface concepts & graphic layouts, and create prototypes. Understanding Consumer Behaviour and turns it into the aesthetic design.

Also do UX Researchers, always trying to find the answer to the twin questions "Who are our users?" and "What do our users want?". You will lead and conducting research with the help of a volunteer team.

You will be responsible for creating smooth user experiences for our desktop site, mobile site, and mobile apps while working closely with the front-end and mobile teams.

You will be part of the founder team with the Employee Stock Ownership Program benefit and work remotely with flexible time.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems / DKV (Visual communication design) or equivalent

• Demonstrable and Proven UI UX experience, UI / UX designs for complex or larger systems.

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.

• Graphic design skills (for marketing and product artwork, icons, etc)

• Familiarity with the Design Thinking framework a plus

• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.

• Skill: UI/UX Design, Mobile UI Design, Software Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Illustrator, also proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.

• Proficient in lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping using software, e.g. Invision, Axure, Figma, Zeplin, Balsamiq, etc
