UI/UX Design for revamped Cloud Application

Hello, We are looking for a great web designer who will be redesigning our cloud application. Current website design is great, however we want to make it more lucrative - looking for a more clean, professional (important) and eye catching design for North American [login to view URL] breakdown of the project is provided below: 1. UI Design - Earlier paragraph states what we are looking for. We serve two ended market and have 5 layouts - home, core, admin, email and landing. You will need to work with all of the layouts. We will provide a list of pages (~20 pages) and sample email mentioning which one uses what layout (no code will be provided). Your deliverables will be PSDs (or images), and HTML( css, js if used - it should be functional). We will hand over the HTML to our development team. 2. UX Design/Improvement- You will need to go through all pages in the list (mentioned earlier) and let you know to improve the user experience. Ideally, this will help us to differentiate between the web designers. Please provide your portfolio and mention in projects your improved UX and how did you do that. Its a cloud application, not a website. Anyway, from the design perspective it might not matter. Just letting you know, the cloud application uses latest front end technologies such boostrap, angularjs,etc. Please bid providing your portfolio. Please don't bid with generic proposal (templates) that you have submitted earlier ( if you can't write a customized message, it becomes hard for us to believe that you can do the job we are looking for).
