Build an Online Store using Zen Cart

I need someone to set-up online store on our hosting server.
There is about 3000 different items, which are sorted in .xls file as database.
There will be no paypal/credit card payment for now.
Basic principal of web store:
Customer puts itmes in a cart and gets an confirmation email, where all data of order and needed transaction are written. Then, our customer makes the payment via their online banks and when we get confirmation from our bank, delivery is made.
Online store should use Zen Cart, I will provide template.
