I need somebody that speaks, reads, and writes English FLUENTLY! Great grammar and great spelling are important. I need a quick learner that can grasp concepts unfamiliar to them easily. I need an organized, thorough person as well.
I need somebody proficient in MS Word, Excel, basic Photoshop functions (crop, resize, etc).
People with online marketing backgrounds are great as well. An understanding and appreciation for social media (and the etiquette) is beneficial as you will be asked to update social networks for both of my projects routinely.
Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others
- Social Media and blog management
- Email management
- Seeking out casting calls and submitting/responding accordingly (I will provide you with my do's and dont's, my rates, my availability/calendar, etc)
- Applying to specific modeling/talent agencies with my provided info (photos, resume, stats, etc)
- Networking on social media sites, basic interactions to form relationships/clients
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
- Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours
Your qualifications:
- Fluent English speaker, reader, and writer
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
