setup simple online store with my vista print account

Hello I have a account with vista print for I believe a website and I added a paypal or some kind of shopping cart to it have no ideawhat I need or what I am doing I need someone to first of all to doall the work set it up and to make it as easy as possible for me to maintain it I need this person to tell me what I need if I dont need a website through vista print with the cart or if I can just hav a free online store and be able to sell that way I am trying to sell hairbows and swarvoski beads just like 10 items the hair bows will have the most options as I want people to be able to make special order have me make them what everway they like I need the pictures uploaded for me just like I said b4 I need everything done.
