Magento Expert Needed ASAP

We are look for a senior experienced magento developer to mimick functionality of an existing OpenCart site using Magento best practices. Overview: - Create a members only Magento eCommerce site similar to our existing OpenCart version at ([login to view URL]). We are moving from OpenCart to Magento to support automated membership, product import, dropshipping integration, inventory level control, CRM, and accounting. Serious senior magento developer bids only. Requirements: Membership - Create a membership signup page, based on the existing ([login to view URL]) - Various data elements must be encrypted with AES-256 encryption, ie (SSN numbers, Drivers License) - Must be able to enter all information and pay for the membership on a single page. - The membership itself can be a product, or you can create a membership table as an extension of customer. - Multiple types of membership are allowed, therefore: - The membership number itself must be a surrogate key, as different membership types use different membership numbers from different credit card servicing providers, i.e., a gold card membership may be different length than a platinum member. - Meaning it can't just use the magento customer id - Automate Membership approval emails, with a line of credit and add member to vTiger CRM Shopping - Site will be a paywall, all products will always show, but only logged in customers can see pricing - Based on membership level, a customer might be required to pay a percentage of the price immediately, and the remaining balance on the house addvantage card. (Split Tender) - Example: I am a blue member and buy a $100 item, I must pay at least $50 with a credit card/paypal, and the other $50 I can pay with my addvantage credit line. - We have not determined if we will be migrating only existing customers, or existing customer and products - All accounting must be 100% accurate based on membership type - Extensions (installation) - Integration with vTiger CRM (will provide) - Product Importer (will provide) - Affiliate Tracking (will provide) - Accounting/Reports Extension (will provide) - DropShipper (will provide) - Moneris Payment Gateway Authorization - We use two payment gateways, one will have to be created for the second one. Required Skills: - You must have a great understanding of the the magento architecture, best practices and extensions - You must have demonstrable experience of developing magento extensions in the past 2 years. - You must have at least 5 years experience of PHP and data modeling - You should be able to speak/write english - You must understand PCI/PA-DSS credit card requirements - All the development should not touch the core code, instead you should use local folder to overwrite the core PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO START ON THIS PROJECT IMMEDIATELY OR IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE THIS PROJECT WITHIN 10 DAYS.
