eCommerce with Backend Accounting and ERP

In simple Terms I have been reviewing thousands of shopping cart/eCommerce site and the one style I have found the most functional is located at [login to view URL] I am looking to create a system with almost a 100% look and feel including functionality. The appropriate candidate MUST be able to review site and create all documentations, Scope and extents and a further document of modifications will be given to winning bidder with the needed differences. The site that we are looking for with it's feel and design style, yet we will want modifications to the look and some to interfacing. Especially the backend of the eCommerce must tie in to an ERP product like weberp. Candidate must review [login to view URL] thoroughly and provide a document detailing what they will be doing or need to be doing to achieve and complete the project. As well must review [login to view URL] to determine how they will connect the ERP Program to the backend so there is no need for double entree accounting. Candidate needs to achieve this in a timely fashion and provide a fully functioning and mostly bug-free and well designed system, with direct backend accounting, easy management consoles for modifying almost every piece of content and artwork including but not limited to a theme change design product so we can change look and feel. This product must be well written and secure and pass strict security measures. Documentation is an absolute must and all lines of code must have comments to explain what the programmer was thinking and what the functionality is. If your company does not do secure products and does not know or work with current security or forensic design tools to ensure both code and backend are protected, as an example.. SQL injections, PHP failure point, Java holes etc. Please do not bid. Those bidding will also need to consider payment. Since this is a large project and cost thousands, no deposit will be made. Since the code remains in your control until the project is completed. When it looks like we have at least a functioning working system that is both accessible and we are able to start seeing the code 50% will be deposited and the balance will be given to your bank in an L.C. (letter of Credit) that will be released upon completion and 100% verification of code and it's authenticity and functionality on our end.
