We Need Proven Graphics Designer/Artist for E-book Website!

Please view immediately below the example "Sales Letters" simple website. [login to view URL] The above is a classic example of a Sales Pitch Page. I personally own the following site: [login to view URL] and my desire is to completely re-work my site so that it is structured exactly like above "Sales Letters" site template. Obviously I would be using my own words, fonts, pictures and orange/grey color schemes. The Sales Letter site would serve as a strict GUIDELINE (almost like a template where I replace the content with my own) but it also needs numerous improvements, improved fonts, change of color scheme, different pictures and words, more bright dynamic colorful banner, footers, animations, flash, etc): I am seeking a VERY TALENTED and CREATIVE Graphics Designer and Illustrator who could turn by banners and pictures into a high-resolution, brilliant, colorful, vivid, professional, jaw-dropping focal point! You would be responsible for: 1. The creation of a new dynamic glossy banner/footer for homepage, including but not limited to illustrative art text effects, glossy/3D effects, high-resolution, possible vector graphics and animation/flash based on my general ideas with creative input from you. Molding a beer bottle into the B in “Beer”, as an example…..adding foam or beer bubbles, whatever, just total creativity. 2. The creation of a new banner/ footer for inner/pages, same as above, similar theme. 3. You would need to provide, create and manipulate several photos, including visually appealing framework within the body content sections and testimonials with special effects such as rotating pic or changing color when mouse hovers. 4. You would need to create several banner effects, possibly small flash or minimal animation, including illustrative text, possibly cartoon text, as mentioned. 5. I would provide all wording, and few pictures, but you would be expected to professionally improve and manipulate my photos into high resolution output….examples include getting rid of backgrounds, placing bottles in hands, etc. 6. Embedding Youtube video within website, similar to SalesLetters site above. 7. Implementation with Clickbank (which I currently have on my site) 8. Unliimited revisions , including all content, spacing, color, pics, banner effects and photo adjustments until I am 100% satisfied with visually stunning product. 9. Provide me standard files, coding, html CMS CSS, PSD at production end whereby I retain all rights to upload and utilize to sell my e-book. 10. If I am leaving anything out, please remind me.
