I need Adsense Website earning $20 - $25 per day

I am looking for a website designer / Adsense expert who can create an Adsense optimized Wordpress niche site that can earn between $20 -$25 per day (minimum of $600 per month) for at least one year. This website should acquire minimal maintenance from my side. The website must contain 100% unique content and adhere to all Google Adsense's Terms of Service. The website must adhere to the following: • The website will need minimal maintenance. • The website must contain 100% unique content and adhere to all Google Adsense's terms of service. • It should not solicit or contain any illegal or pornographic material. No gambling, adult, pharmacy or voilence. No illegal activities or non-compliant AdSense content. • Must contain related images to niche topic. • Traffic and clicks must be white hat only – No blackhat or click exchanging. I can’t risk my adsense account being banned. • Must contain at least 30 – 40 unique articles. When creating the website the adsense expert must do the following: • All copyrights must be assigned to us in writing. • Traffic must be tracked and recorded from day one that the website is live. • Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website / maintain the website. • Tell me how I should maintain the website. • The website must be created within a month, anything shorter than that would be great. • The website must be earning for at least one year. I plan on spending a lot of money on adsense this year so impress me and you won’t regret it. Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Google AdSense
